Jackie Sound is a grifter, cheat, blackjack dealer and sports bookie.
His vaguely friendly and non-threatening vibe helped him to run various gifts on many individuals in Bluff City, including Nash Nebraska. When his series of increasing cons on Nash went awry, he needed to get out of the city and so took Nash’s boat to Blough City. During the voyage, the boat began to sink and he lost all his possessions.
After arriving in Blough City, he attempted to run similar scams as he had in Bluff City, but none of them worked. Currently, he works as a dealer in a small Blough City casino and is trying to find his way back to Bluff City.
